How To Care For Your Tree

Keep your tree in a cold space until you’re ready to bring it in your home.

Keep away from all heat sources (heat registers, fireplace, wood stove…)

Your tree will be thirsty! Be sure to always have water in the tree holder. Never let the tree trunk go dry.

If you have purchased a precut tree, make a fresh cut at the bottom of the trunk.

Prepare your tree trunk for maximum water absorption by drilling holes in the bottom of the trunk and along the sides. Make about 4 holes up the bottom and 8 holes along the sides where the trunk will be immersed in water.

If your tree has a consistent water source you will lose a minimal amount of needles.
